ZKas Wallet 1.0.52-rc24pre-release

What is new: a payment sent while the wallet was still catching up is no longer declared lost and returned (which made retries fail as double spends). Progress counts from the wallet's own start and updates every 2 seconds. Less battery and storage: no busy retry while offline, much faster clean-up of old chain data. "Private sends" now applies to sends from the phone. The what's-new notice is shown to anyone updating from an older version.
